2. What we collect
- Enquiry and quote requests: company name, contact name, email, phone, project location, scope description and any document you attach.
- Job applications: name, email, phone, discipline, years of experience, certifications, cover note and your CV.
- Contact messages: name, email, phone, subject and message.
- Technical data: IP address and basic request information, recorded for security and abuse prevention.
3. Why we process it, and on what basis
We process enquiry and quote data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to commercial enquiries. We process job application data on the basis of your consent and in preparation for a possible employment relationship. Technical data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.
4. How long we keep it
- Quote requests and enquiries: retained for the duration of the commercial relationship and for a period afterwards as required for statutory and tax records.
- CVs and job applications: retained for 12 months from submission, then deleted, unless you renew your consent or we enter into an employment relationship.
- Contact messages: retained for 24 months.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who host this website, deliver our email, and provide IT support, each acting on our instructions and under a written agreement. We may disclose data where required by law or by a regulatory authority.
6. Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to request deletion, to object to or restrict processing, to withdraw consent at any time, and to data portability. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC).

This site is served over HTTPS. Uploaded documents are stored on private storage and are not publicly accessible. Access to enquiry and application data is limited to authorised personnel.

We use only the cookies necessary to operate this website, including a session cookie and a security token used to protect forms. Where we use website analytics, it is configured not to place identifying cookies on your device.
